By engaging Fast Production Company for video production or photography services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Services

Fast Production Company provides video production, photography, and post-production services as described in individual project quotations. Exact deliverables, timelines, and pricing are confirmed in writing prior to any project commencing.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted inclusive of Saudi Arabia's 15% VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise. Invoices are issued upon project completion and are payable within 14 days of issue.

Revisions

Standard packages include two rounds of revisions. Additional revision rounds are quoted separately.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full licence to use all delivered content for the purposes agreed in the project brief. Fast Production Company retains the right to use content in its own portfolio unless explicitly excluded by written agreement.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
