Where Commercial Budgets Actually Go

Clients new to commercial production are often surprised that pre-production, not the shoot day itself, consumes the largest share of a realistic timeline — casting, location scouting, storyboard approval and concept revisions typically take longer than filming. Budget follows the same pattern: a strong concept shot simply will consistently outperform a weak concept shot expensively. We push concept and storyboard sign-off early and hard, because a change requested after the shoot day costs multiples of the same change requested during storyboard review.

Producing One Commercial for Broadcast and Digital Simultaneously

Very few Saudi brands can afford to shoot separate broadcast and digital commercials, so we plan dual delivery from day one: a 30-second broadcast cut to MBC or SSC spec alongside 15-second and 6-second digital cut-downs, vertical reframes for social placement, and a silent-caption version for autoplay feeds where most viewers watch without sound.
